ReelRaaz (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is operated for streaming Indian short drama content. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use the Android app or this website.

Information we collect

• Account identifier: Firebase Anonymous Authentication assigns a random user ID so the app can remember your subscription state.
• Usage: Last app open time and subscription status stored in Firebase Firestore.
• Purchases: Google Play subscription status when billing is enabled (processed by Google; we receive entitlement, not full payment card data).
• Support messages: Email address and message text if you contact us via the support form.

How we use information

• Deliver and personalize the catalog and streaming experience
• Verify active subscriptions
• Respond to support requests
• Improve reliability and security

Third-party services

We use Google Firebase (authentication, database), Google Play Billing, and Bunny.net (video delivery). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing infrastructure processing.

Data retention

Profile and subscription records are kept while you use the app. You may request deletion by emailing help.agapps@gmail.com.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
